Anti Candida Diet
The Anti-Candida Diet is no yeast infection cure … it is a waste of time!
One of the much touted natural cures for candida yeast infection is the anti-candida diet. But does it work?
Honestly?
Nope, it doesn’t. It is no long-term cure for candida. Why? Simply because it works only as long as you are on it. And believe me, you will go off it because it is a very restrictive diet most people find impossible to keep up for more than a month, two at the most. AND THEN all this effort is wasted because as soon as you stop your infection with candida RETURNS IN FULL FORCE.
The anti-candida diet is no long-term cure for candida. It is especially not a cure for a persistent infection with candida. It is not even a cure you are likely to complete.
